September 11th 2011

This was a day of Remembrance.  It is hard to believe it has been 10 years from the day of that terrible attack on our Country.  We spent the day by first going to see the 9/11 memorial that was at the Nixon Library.  They had brought in pieces of metal that had once held up one of the Twin Towers and they had a fire truck that also was damaged on that day.  We them went out to try this ice cream parlor called Farrell's it was loud and noisy and fun.  Then that evening Gill, Brayton, Kaitlyn, Rob and I went to the Redlands Bowl where there too they were doing a tribute to those who lost their lives on that day 10 years ago.
